The Princeton School of Real Estate was founded in 1992 to provide the highest quality education possible for persons interested in becoming a licensed real estate Salesperson in either New Jersey, Pennsylvania or both. Since our beginning, over 4,000 students have graduated and entered into a new and exciting career as a well-trained real estate professional- and many graduates come back for further training. The school is well established, and we are recognized by all of the top regional Real Estate Agencies as the source of the most qualified real estate agent candidates.
Accreditation
The Princeton School of real Estate is approved by the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. We are authorized to conduct license exam preparation courses for Salesperson and Brokers, as well as provide ongoing continuing education courses.
Faculty
Our instructors are fully licensed by the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Real Estate commissions.
Textbook/Materials
We provide the most up-to-date textbook and supplemental materials. They are reviewed regularly to ensure that our students receive the finest written real estate general knowledge, law and math information. Periodic testing throughout the program will help sharpen the student's test taking skills along with the pre-printed chapter questions that accompany each topic discussed.
Certification
The Princeton School of Real Estate enjoys a high student pass ratio. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion and all materials needed to meet the State requirements.
Robert W. Sherwood has been the principal instructor for the Princeton School of Real Estate Since 2002. He has been licensed in New Jersey since 1978 and is also a Broker-Associate in Pennsylvania. The breadth and depth of his experiences provides the opportunity to supplement basic education with practical and real world examples. His background includes residential resale, new home sales, residential and commercial sales, leasing, and management. He has also been a licensed state certified appraiser and has been teaching pre-licensure courses since 1985. He enjoys helping students become successful by transforming class room theory into practical business traits.
Eileen Cahill is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Instructor and contributes to the Real Estate community by preparing those interested in pursuing real estate as a career, and those agents intending to become Brokers. Eileen has also authored 15
continuing education courses for existing agents and is approved by the National Association of REALTORS® as an instructor for their designation and certification courses.
A licensed REALTOR® since 1985 she utilizes her time, knowledge and skills to assist her clients to pursue their goals, by providing a high level of thorough, ethical, and professional service.
